I recently married and moved to Aspen, CO. I've been immersed in the hospitality industry since 2004, while also pursuing my passion for teaching tennis since 2007. However, my love for adventure and the great outdoors has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. There's nothing quite like embarking on long bike rides through untamed landscapes, soaking in the beauty that surrounds me. Capturing those breathtaking landscapes with my camera brings me immense joy and fulfillment. Growing up in Southern Utah, spending the last decade in Hawaii, and recently settling in Aspen, Colorado, has exposed me to a variety of stunning natural environments. These diverse experiences have equipped me with invaluable skills that transcend industries. My ultimate goal is to become a prominent figure in the local tennis community, connecting new players to the game and offering coaching to both aspiring athletes and world-class talents alike.
My tennis journey began in 2004 when I started my career as an apprentice at the Vic Braden Tennis College. I was even doing dishes in the club restaurant to make ends meet. My tennis journey began in 2004 when I started my career as an apprentice at the Vic Braden Tennis College. I was even doing dishes in the club restaurant to make ends meet. In 2007, I transitioned into teaching tennis full-time at the same place. The mission at the college was to approach tennis instruction based on physical laws and the dimensions of the court. Vic Braden, a revered figure in the tennis world, is known as both a Yoda of tennis and the sports version of Isaac Newton. Under Vic's guidance, I built a strong foundation and expanded my experience by working at resorts and country clubs in Utah, Las Vegas, and Hawaii. In addition to club tennis, I also participate in private camps and corporate events. Whether you're a beginner taking your first swing or an aspiring pro looking to reach new heights, I'm excited to be part of your journey and help you achieve your goals on the tennis court.

Beauty resides in contrast. Whether it's the changing seasons, diverse lifestyles, different landscapes or music genres, contrast adds depth to every art form. For me, staying curious, embracing a wild spirit, and seeking the next surprise fuels my inspiration. It's exciting to capture fleeting moments along the way. Over the years, I've embarked on travels through Mexico and South America, immersing myself in vibrant cultures and landscapes while learning Spanish on the go. I've also embarked on epic biking adventures, crossing Alaska, traversing the West Coast, meandering deserts of the Southwest, and venturing through the forests from Canada to Utah. These journeys have taught me the virtues of patience and persistence. Adventure travel continuously challenges and teaches, allowing me to gain intangible skills. The journey is ongoing, and the growth is limitless.
